<p>21/01 Genset failed to start, starter motor and battery replaced (parangools starter)</p> <p>27 /01 COP 3 Monthly audit conducted by T. Timarni </p> <p>- no documentation supporting electronic chart updates or schedule of updates</p> <p>- policy updates for posted policys displayed on wall, possibly no longer needed to be displayed as documents are available on dataweb. Waiting clarification</p> <p>30/01 mains / Gearbox 250/500 hour service conducted + Genset 250/500 hour servicing - Genset Murphy gauge active wire reattached - Genset oil pressure switch replaced with new - Genset strainers cleaned - recalibrate throttles, still an increase on port rpms when clutched in awaiting response from Hamilton tech to adjust parameters within the system</p> <p>replaced all switches in 24v light switch panel that weren’t working and spotlight bulb, all functioning properly now ( spotlight dull reported by D/S)</p> <p>Chemwatch is not working on iPad at the moment. Sean is aware of this and is looking into it. Most of the vessels have the same problem.</p> <p>BLINK Priority Post - if Vessel is to stay doubled up at berth, all lines remain till Pre start and Safety Checks completed. Reason being no line can ever be left on when departing </p> <p>MRF 8231 - at times STB side 2nd audible and visual fire alarm does not work when tested.</p> <p>2nd highflow nozzle found in fire extinguisher box, relocated to our box below #3 bowser</p> <p> chart correction 998(T)2023 Boyne River light buoy restored. Former notice 998(T)2020 is cancelled. Updated chart correction register</p> <p> </p>
