* 14/11/22 The steering operated by itself whilst underway with no movement of the joystick, happened on 3 occasions on am runs , the fault also can be made apparent when tapping on the faulty port rudder indicator making relays in port tiller activate and also the relays can activate the flow control valves on occasions resulting in the rudder movement without command MRF submitted , maintenance attended after am runs and tightened a wire however the steering still can be operated by tapping the port indicator, where it should only be moved by operating the joystick, the pm runs didn't have the vessel steering or wandering unless there was tapping of the port indicator?
15/11/22 steering still faulting about 6 times for am runs, the rudders are only moving a few degrees when it does fault they haven't gone hard over at any stage
