<p>First day of swing 05.10.2022. <br /> </p> <ul> <li>see email about fuel berth availability from 25th - 31st </li> <li>see flagged emails </li> <li>Trish attended vessel and removed additional stores - advised to only order stores required for upcoming week to avoid stockpiling stores. 05.10.2022</li> <li>dataweb vessel audit completed 05.10.2022</li> <li>2x new fire buckets are onboard 11.10, old ones removed and placed in store room - Willie submitted a SRF for these 04.10.2022</li> <li>Aplng Interim presweep hydrographic survey report flagged on emails</li> <li>dredge Brisbane & Norfolk are currently working the harbour - pacific titan is due to start bed leveling (NTM updated in chart correction on dataweb - only a notification, no correction needed on charts). </li> <li>monthly checks were completed 09/10/2022, due 09/11. </li> <li>helm chair replaced 09/10/2022</li> <li>back deck clears refitted. - starboard clear top wire rope come out and requires a new saddle & be re attached - placed in stores cuboard</li> <li>Test & Tag completed 12.10.2022 due January 2023.</li> <li>Gas sniffer serviced 12.10.22 - due 12.04.2023 - Test & Tag required </li> <li>AMSA audit completed 13.10.2022</li> <li>anchor winch handle modified to avoid accidental jamming 13.10.22</li> <li>generator 240 hour service completed 13.10.2022</li> <li>mrf in place requesting pest control for vessel - cockroaches have been observed this swing aswell</li> <li>Des Attended vessel 21.10 to complete vessel audit</li> <li> New certificate of survey received 21.10.22 - placed in SMS & laminated copy posted in Wheelhouse. Old carts taken to office.</li> <li>everything seems to be running well, topped stbd main coolant once - nil adds to any other fluids this swing. </li> <li>hose on stbd fire pump replaced by maintenance </li> <li>Bunkered fuel to 80% & discharge sullage 24.10.22<br /> </li> </ul> <p>have a good swing, feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. </p>
