Joined vessel 14/9/22
* 14/9/22 stool in wheelhouse for deckhand was not on vessel, it has been broken, and a new one ordered and we are waiting for stores to find a suitable replacement
* 15/9/22 250/500 hr services completed on both main engines Port hrs 28505 Stbd hrs 2700, gearbox spin on filters have been replaced with original part instead of aftermarket filter and should hopefully stop the leak on port gearbox will monitor, air filters were due for replacement however none in stock
* 15/9/22 stbd shaft seal prime pump that was u/s was replaced for diaphragm pump at FLNE
* 15/9/22 transom canopy setup was removed for repair
* 16/9/22 port shaft seal prime pump was replaced for diaphragm pump , and both catches on aft exit doors have been reattached and riveted with bigger guage rivets
* 16/9/22 NTM updated to edition 19 , NTM 730 (T)
* 19/9/22 2 x loan pfd that were from office returned and swapped for serviced pfds
* Each day the main seacocks are opened, the valve for the shaft seal that is plumbed into the strainer is operated/worked to ensure no marine growth occurs at ball valve

* 27/9/22 The cabinet for AC distribution switchboard in stbd engine room had the locking mechanism sticking and the locking mechanism has been removed and has stainless steel catch to secure now
* audit on vessel and crew conducted with Des See 28/9/22, certificate for survey still waiting for AMSA to issue
* 28/9/22 ConocoPhillips issued Covid protocols update email with key points being masks no longer to be worn on ferries and buses effective 29/9/22
* 29/9/22 see flagged email from Des See regarding AMSA visiting vessels on 12/ 13th October
* ESR submitted 3/10/22 for 20 lt drum gearbox oil
3/10/22 stores requisition has ordered surface spray as cockroaches kave been observed
* 4/10/22 MRF submitted for faded fire buckets before AMSA inspection
* have zippy tied the caps secure on the aft deck fuel filling manifold, just for peace of mind that they won't leak any diesel whilst bunkering from fwd fill point, ( not that they ever have leaked ) just precautionary, feel free to remove zippy ties if you wish
* The operations seating signs have been removed and are in the stores cupboard with all the other signage if required at any time
* nil fluids added to engines x 3 for the whole swing, and only topped up minimal amount of coolant on 3/10/22 1 lt to port main and 500 ml to stbd main, have been running mains at 1750 rpm , no problems or issues out of the ordinary
