Hi Donna and Dan, I hope you had an enjoyable off swing.
The boat is running well, all engines are good with only the usual oil seepage from the mains.
Apart from that the following happened through this swing;
- 24/8 The shore power lead had exposed wire. The electrician came down and shortened the cable back to where where it was faulty. All good now.
- 2/9 Genset sea strainer cleaned
- 6/9 The anchor switch on the foredeck was faulty. Maintenance onboard, fixed, tested, all good.
- 7/9 Genset 250/500 hour services carried out
- 8/9 a new mouse jet control was installed on the dash.. It's a lot stiffer than the old one.
- 8/9 Fuel gauge sensors cleaned. *Edit* i refuelled on 11/9 and they seem to work much better now with them not jumping straight from 80% to full in an instant.
- 8/9 SMS updates inserted
- 8/9 The port side stern area (aft of the boarding gate) received a bit of a scrape along the pontoon. Most of it buffed out, but there is still a few scratches on there. I emailed a photo through to Willie about it on the 9/9 which you can view in the sent folder on the boats IPad.
- 9/9 First aid kit checked
- 9/9-10/9 Boat slipped and new anti foul on.
- 10/9 New anchor put on
- 13/9 Maintenance on board re-sealed hydraulic fittings on port jet unit. Hopefully this will fix that little leak.
I hope you have an enjoyable swing,
Steve
