<p>- see flagged emails</p> <p>-periodic survey 22/06/22 in sealink marina - see email</p> <p>first aid kit needs to go to crib room 22/06/22</p> <p>- port gearbox was replaced 04/06/2022</p> <p>- Vessel was slipped 03/06/2022 - 10 year survey renewed, shafts and fuel tanks dropped and inspected, replace seacocks, replace starboard upper cutless bearing, repair and modify fire pipe in port ER.</p> <p>- a few boxes of masks located behind filing cabinet in wheel house </p> <p>- 250/500hr Genset service completed 06/06/22</p> <p>-spotlight bulb replaced 10/06/22</p> <p>- Sullage guage is still faulty and reading inaccurate</p> <p>-Flynn / Kelly - completed GPH inductions onboard. <br /> - Both main engines and Genset were serviced 14/06/22.</p> <p>- FW pump issue fixed - diaphragm in toilet was faulty, this has been changed out and all seems to be okay. The bowl doesn't fill up as much.</p> <p>-MRF 7661 - mid aft aircon display occasionally faulty and unable to view screen, um unsure what is causing it as it is only happening here and there. <br /> - canaipa now required to complete 0830 Bk run every second day when BK fuels, bk is not required to be back on site until 0930 on these days where canaipa will cover.<br /> </p> <p>due this month - </p> <p>*2 weekly, monthly, six monthly checks. </p> <p>*electrical test and tag due July. </p>
