* shore power indicator light yellow flasher was faulty and maintenance changed out switch at Shorepower inlet all good now 15/5/22
* 20/5/22 Ian Plath was on duty for dayshift and left wharf with pax and backed out and turned around and went to bring up to cruise speed and stbd engine stopped due to fuel issue, maintenance attended at CP1 and found that engine fuel system was full of air. They found a loose fuel connection at the bulkhead and tightened up and bled fuel system and all working as normal , vessel back on run. The starting of the stbd main after sitting issue was hopefully thought that may have fixed this issue as well however it still remains winding over when starting after sitting for several hours for 7 - 8 seconds
* 22/5/22. Stbd engine room heat detector above exhaust elbow was hanging down on one side, attempted to resecure mounting screw , however the plastic frame has nothing for the screw to hold secure, have temporarily secured with zippy tie, MRF submitted

* Bruce has been on mooring for maintenance and a couple of occasions the Brahminy Kite has picked up crew after1830 run, If required to do so please take fender that is on CP3 dock and bring back to marina and nightshift will return fender. There is also another fender located in port fwd void and another behind Genset engine hatch
* genset fan only operating at 50% output, this is the 3rd fan in 11 months, not sure why it does this, maintenance advised verbally 21/5/22 , submitted MRF on 29/5/22 when Genset fan u/s

* hotknife supplied to vessel on 27/5/22 has been test and tagged and is stowed under port dash
* old binoculars in box in roof , new set stowed on stbd rack wheelhouse
* 27/5/22 emergency backup controls have a fault showing on the blue arrow panel, as the port steering position display is erratic, and not reading true when operated on emergency backup mode. The vessel responds to all commands on all controls when using backups, mouse and levers, mrf submitted , there is a video in photos on th iPad showing fault
* gangway at CP1 had Teflon strip on base come adrift, and was taken to slipway for repair 28/5/22
* 28/5/22 vessel to slipway for maintenance, Genset engine mounts replaced, Genset 250 hr service done at 9265 hrs , port hydraulic power pack replaced on jet unit, Genset primary strainer cleaned, engine room lights replaced, new compass fitted, compass yet to be swung by compass adjuster, MRF submitted for compass swing was rejected 29/5/22
* there is a brand new round orange fender that was supplied with stores, not sure what it was intended for? The fender on the dock at CP3 has had a new sock fitted and is in good condition, the new fender in the stores locker is smaller than the one that is at CP3 and remains in the stores locker for now

* 29/5/22 stbd main has started up as per normal after sitting overnight, I believe Nathan Fleetwood has found the solution with some fuel fittings on the engine , I will,advise maintenance they can close out this MRF for stbd main winding over for 10 seconds
