16/2 coolant discolouration on STB main, no notes in handover or eng log in regards to this so we had Maintenance take samples and are currently awaiting further parts before system is flushed and thermostat is replaced.
16/2 no inspection tag on 30m or 7m lay flat fire hose. Gene is aware but has not confirmed when ESA will come to rectify. MRF lodged 7/3 so it’s not forgotten.
23/2 garbage and fuel record book not completed, sighted by ConocoPhillips auditor, keep a monitor of documents required to be filled ... especially if casual skipper has been onboard on dayshift.
ConocoPhillips 3 monthly audit conducted. Items raised include Covid safe plan still not implemented. Electronic chart update record not available. Crew not signing off HSE documentation yearly.
4/3 Despite qld gov new mask directives, all passengers and crew are still required to wear face masks onboard ferries. Also as stated in memo sent out 3/3, crew must wear sealink type face mask or clients provided face masks. Fishing buff type cover is not permitted for use by the client or sealink management.

Bottom hinge of upper windows sika flexed, drain holes been left open. Periodically try and flush these out with freshwater though
New anchor fitted but clamp needs modification, should be completed Wednesday morning.
Work still underway at service wharf, divers still in water. Guys have asked if we could try to park with the stern away from their operations.
Last couple of days the microwave has been tripping out the RCD on the power board It’s plugged into, I’ve changed powerboards and waiting to see if it happens again to the other power board before escalating the issue to maintenance
