- tams divers at service wharf are operating on UHF ch5 if you need to contact them prior to using the service wharf
- ESA fire attended the vessel 15/02/22 new certificate of inspection in SMS
- vessel insurance is due 31.03.2022 - email sent to Willie / Cindy
- first aid kit is due March 2022
- Maintance advised that working rpm of 1750-1850 is good.
- stores ordered 14/02/2022 - mooring lines are to make new springs at CP3 CP1and marina
-port main engine is still throwing regular alarms on the digital cluster, there is multiple MRF's in for this - refer to email sent to Gene 08/02/2022 & 23/02/2022. Maintaining a log of alarms. (Brodie attended the vessel 25/02 - alarms are not showing when plugged into PC so we believe this is just a program error, digital cluster has been changed from port to starboard to see if faults follow.) - ConocoPhillips audit completed 23/02/2022 - all okay usual issues re chart plotter update / covid procedures. - SDS was updated 22/02/2022

there has been a few jobs completed by maintenance prior to me swinging on on the 04/02, but this is what I know
#7318 - port main engine digital cluster - multiple alarms showing frequently - Rejected - see emails to Gene
#7337 - starboard engine room exhaust lagging - closed
#7329 - main engine ignition barrels
#7333 fresh water leak from aft deck into starboard engine room around exhaust
#7334 port shaft seal leaking salt water - slow
#7311 - portside jabsco belt was split- replaced and closed
#7312- starboard shaft seal pump was leaking at the hose connections - repaired and closed
#7364/6833 - fuel gauge calibration - MRF has been signed off however issue still persists - see email 23/02/2022 from Willie/ Gene
