<p>Handover Notes 10/8/21 Capricornian Spirit </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Joined vessel on Monday 26/7/21 to commence APLNG shutdown. The Spirit is to use the port side to berth at both CP1 and CP3, a plan was submitted with the client and also MSQ and this was accepted by both parties. There are two gangways on both facilities. We use two gangways for disembarking pax and One gangway at Midships for boarding pax. Max Pax for the Covid seating plan is 235 with 63 pax on upper deck and 172 on the lower deck. There is a laminated seating plan posted in the wheelhouse </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Masks are to be worn on all ferries and buses by pax and crew on APLNG project</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>There are masks and sanitizer supplied by the client to the vessels and we are to check supplies Monday, Wednesday and Friday and noted in the toolbox talk, and if more supplies are required we are to order them through Emma in Sealink office. Once we have received supplies that we ordered we are to also notify Emma of what supplies were received as she is keeping a tally on these. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Please take note of schedule and follow as stated on timetable/schedule. The operations staff have reserved seating on the lower deck aft of the luggage racks, there is a total of 40 reserved seats for operations staff on the 0540 and 1740 ferries. Also of note on these two runs is a requirement to make an announcement that two chimes will be used for disembarking pax, the first chime is for operations and the second chime for shutdown workers. When passengers are boarding for these runs we have been making announcements that there is reserved seating on these runs as shutdown personnel have been sitting in the reserved seats. The passengers are slowly getting better at sitting in correct seats. The 1830 scheduled run off CP3 is to depart no earlier than 1820 hrs regardless whether max pax is reached.prior to 1820, as this allows for buses to be onsite at FLNE for arriving pax. Cap Spirit is to depart prior to Brahminy Kite on the 1830 run </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bullivants attended the vessel on 2/8/21 and inspected Unirail and Davit and retagged for next year. The harnesses were at their 10 year lifespan and we have been issued with brand new harnesses on 3/8/21. ACES electricians attended the vessel for electrical inspection on 3/8/21 Sealink maintenance conducted test and tagging of electrical appliances 4/8/21</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>AnneMaree has updated the certificate folder and register in the sms and setup mooring lines for APLNG facilities and replaced mooring lines accordingly at home berth, Annemaree has also organised new MSDS sheet which should arrive in stores box this week</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>There is a memo posted on the whiteboard regarding berths available for service wharf due to works underway, 10 - 13 August and 16 - 21 August, also a memo posted for bridge closure on 15/8/21</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>The compass has been flush mounted, MRF was closed out, the compass is yet to be swung</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lost property is being handed in to CP1 security, they have an orange box with all lost property</li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>MRF submitted for AIS , it is losing targets from time to time</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Bye for now , Spirit is running well, engine hours have been all synchronised, have fun </p> <p> </p> <p>Nathan Raphael and Annemaree </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
