<p>Please don't over tighten deck inspection port lids for voids. All have been left loose enough to undo easily in a flooding emergency</p> <p>The Torresian boat phone has a new SIM card and phone number <a href="tel:0428081181">0428081181</a>. The message bank pin number is 101010</p> <p>There is a new Data sheet in the SDS folder for FM200</p> <p>The grease nipple has been fitted back into the stbd M/E driveshaft rear universal</p> <p>Intimittant throttle position sensor circuit fault Stbd M/E. Diagnostic and limp home lights flash up on dash and throttle position percentage on scania parameter display shows 102% while at idle. Shorn is aware. The fault hasn't affected the operation of the vessel so far</p> <p>Bilge pads have been replaced under machinery</p> <p>The port M/E keel cooler has been flushed... Operating coolant temp has dropped under load by approx 4 degrees</p> <p>Santos have installed there own wifi modem on the Stbd aft wall of the wheelhouse. Accessible only by them</p> <p>Have started onto new Ships and Engineer log books. Old ones still on board for you to see stored with ships documents. One you are finished with them please take to the office</p> <p>Test and tag has been done</p> <p>MSQ vessel inspection on 16 Dec 2015 (swing on day for you)</p> <p>Equipment expiry dates are as follows... Rocket flares Feb 2016, Handheld red flares Nov 2017, Orange smoke flare Nov 2017, First aid kit Jan 2016, Fire equipment Jan 2016, Hydrostatic releases Feb 2016, Test and tag Mar 2016, Crew PFD x 1 June 2016, Crew PFD x 1 Mar 2016.</p> <p>New vessel berthing structure at marina Sealink berths</p> <p>Important emails have been flaggedl</p> <p>gas detector still not onboard last comms via email j Davey was chasing up </p> <p>first aid kit inspections no longer are provided with certificate only stamped on top of kit now with due date. All references to Transit systems have been replaced with Sealink. Also there have been numerous corrections made to section 6 Operational procedures.
