QC4 tie-up: most far eastern end of inner QC4 pontoons. Parangool at normal berth. 4 lines. Same tie-up as GL3. Use short breast line.
Passenger numbers: approx 26-28 day shift; 17-21 night shift. Aft deck seating: 6 client PFD's in wheelhouse for deck pax, but only in case of emergency. Authorised Willie.
