<p>Vessel is passed on to new crew.</p> <p>clean and seaworthy</p> <p>waxed and polished, engine rooms degreased, jet buckets scrubbed.</p> <p>chart AUS 246 has been collected from the office.</p> <p>two hard hats have been collected from the office.</p> <p>working at heights safety harness has been inspected</p> <p>first Aid kit hs been collected from office.</p> <p>one PFD has been inspected and collected.</p> <p>monthly checks are due today. 15/7/15. They have not been started as you will need to sign off on these on the day.</p> <p>please check the MSDS and Dangerous goods compatibility chart very carefully before changing the location of any chemicals and lubricants.</p> <p>Our flammable gases.2. have been removed from the vessel as per Jake. These include Aeroguard, CO-contact cleaner, cobra-cote, Glen 20, Lanox, Mortein Lure'n' kill. Also Methylated spirits was removed. There was not the available space of 6 meters to separate between these chemicals and the oxygen and drifter. One solution maybe to order pump packs of substite items which will need to be cleared with Jake before bringing on vessel. Or perhaps borrow B.K items at CP3. We maybe able to have some stored at Marina berth but I don't feel this will work as it takes us away from site for more time. Already the inability to use any potable water at CP3, has stopped all exterior cleaning on site.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note emails.</p> <p>Dave. 25/6/15. The following incident has been submitted. Segratation of chemical.</p> <p>Oxygen is due for inspection end of July and Rex is Aware.</p> <p>sea trials performed on the 30/06/15 with shore based engineer.</p> <p>The following works were completed by shore based engineers.</p> <p>Tension sump bolts.</p> <p>Port Main side plates were replaced.</p> <p>Port main Raw water pump replaced with Re- manufacturer pump.</p> <p>Stbd main raw water pump has new impeller and new gaskets.</p> <p>Turbo mounting bolt replaced and new gaskets fitted.</p> <p>Raw water cross over valve Stbd side drilled and tapped.</p> <p>New Exhaust fan for battery box.</p> <p>Stbd exhaust support arm fitted.</p> <p>Stbd main has been re-aligned</p> <p>New sikaflex helm windows.</p> <p>Stbd turbo elbow re-aligned.</p> <p>have a great shift.
