Conoco has supplied hazard cards to the vessel to report any safety issues we find on site, please fill these out as required but also take photo of card before handing in and include Willie and jack buckthorpe in an email as requested in flagged email.
3 monthly audit conducted by Conoco, everything seemed fine but have not received copy of audit report (or able to locate previous ones I’ve been keeping onboard ? ) 2 issues raised - we don’t have a sealink specific Covid safe plan and vessel specific drill reports not accessible - both issues out of our control.
Charts updated and NTM notices updated in blue folder
Use Aus hydrographic NTM number not MSQ notice number for auditing purposes
Genset 250hr service done @ 5363hrs
A crew PFD is due for service in August
Test n tag / RCD test due 12/07
electrical inspection cert due to expire 24/07/21
Added a contents page to SDS folder, new numbering system is pretty self explanatory and also listed issued date to make replacing expired SDS easier
vessel slipped 24/06 to have hull clean, no anti foul as getting pulled again for engine refit in August.
Port throttle control...INOOR DCLM1 alarm randomly coming up. Revs fluctuating by couple hundred RPM when operating around 2000rpm throttle position. To mitigate this for now I’ve been stepping up the revs to 30% via blue arrow panel after pulling away from the berth. Issue not occurring in the throttle range used if stepping up the revs this way.
Still requiring the reserved seating signs to be placed on the seats as requested in email on the 0540 run.
covid seating plan to be re introduced as of 29/06 (92pax seating, reserved seating to be extended to allow 21 op’s seats) and face masks are mandatory again, keep stock of supply on vessel and request more through APLNG security if needed. As per email 29/6 crew to wear masks at their discretion.
We are using the sealink spare fuel card and are awaiting our replacement to arrive as our card was damaged.
