<p>Welcome back hope you all had a good break. <br /> </p> <p>- Please see flagged emails. <br /> </p> <p>- As per emails Santos has a shutdown in process. Torresian has taken over from JG and Cap sunrise is completing the Torresian runs. Torresian to use inside berth @ GL4 to allow sunrise to utilise the outside. <br /> </p> <p>- All Torresian's maintenance checks are up to date. All A/C units have been cleaned by Mick the aircon wizard 18/05/21. <br /> </p> <p>- Crew have been asked to keep all the maintenance checks up to date on James Grant why it's off line. There has also been talk of it getting slipped to give the bum a clean. Not sure when. We have kept JG light on fuel for slipping. <br /> All seacocks and batteries are isolated. <br /> </p> <p>- Torresian Genset, the fuel filter for Genset had a leak that has been fixed. There is still a diesel small coming from the Genset compartment as some diesel had leaked into the compartment. The Genset compartment is bunged off and it is impossible to soak up all the diesel without undoing the bungs from under the hull. I have asked maintenance to put the tender in so we can drain any excess diesel. I have also put a MRF in. <br /> </p> <p>- Torresian has been running well, the only issue was the Genset as mentioned above. Maintenance has been onboard and played with the mouse settings to give it 30% more power as it was fairly retarded. <br /> </p> <p>- Stores, I have placed a stores order for Torresian and James Grant, stores have been a bit all over the place due to Brian being on holidays. You should have enough stores on Thursday to top everything up. <br /> <br /> - Bruce crew transfers, We have been utilising Torresian for all Bruce crew transfers. We have the big round orange fender at the stern (it is a little awkward lifting over back gate but gives good protection between vessels) White fender set up forward and orange step behind Genset box Stb side. Step to be placed up tight next to forward bollard so Bruce crew can grab side of Torresian and side of Bruce access when transferring between vessels.</p> <p> </p> <p>Have a good swing see you on the next rotation.</p> <p>Regards Wolffie.</p> <p> </p>
