<p>27/12 Coolant leak on stb main fixed.</p> <p>29/12 ordered a few new safety signs as per email sent to Krystle 29/12. Have applied them 2/1.</p> <p>29/12 Wheelhouse air con blew up. All fixed now 😊</p> <p>2/1 Port engine room access alarm light is illuminated on alarm panel. Alarm not sounding have MRF'ed.</p> <p>3/1 MRF'ed both fire hose cam locks as we couldn't secure them correctly.</p> <p>Stb fwd deck hatch (anchor hatch) is very hard to open. Have MRF'ed.</p> <p>test and tag has been preformed.</p> <p>3/1 Fire flaps Kevlar seals have been MRF'ed.</p> <p>As of 10/1 pax are required to wear masks on 0545 run as in excess of 100 pax is expected. See email from Willie 7/1. (This got postponed to 12/1) Not up to us to police the wearing of masks.</p> <p>vessel horn has been replaced but Brody still working on the activation button and only one of the two is working ( waiting on new horn).</p> <p>search by vessel in MRF's doesn't show some of our MRF's but if you see the entire list they are there? Have emailed asking for to be fixed.</p> <p>New Charts coming, old ones to the office when we get the new ones. Charts withdrawn without replacement <a href="tel:244/271/272">244/271/272</a> have been removed from vessel.Email 7/1 + printout on clipboard behind schedule (please add to NTM plastic sleeve in chart canister when actioned).</p> <p>Port Navigation light switch indicator light is on and off. Have asked Brody for a new switch. <br /> <br /> Fire pumps MRF'ed might need new impellers as they are spluttering heaps.</p> <p>Fwd deck hatch seals MRF'ed once again.</p> <p>12/1 We had a raw water leak in the port engine room. Saun found the fire pump strainer lid was loose so probably that. Sorry I didn't get time to vac it out I couldn't find the hose for the vacuum. (Yes, should have been inside the vac but it wasn't). Don't know if we can get another hose? Sorry.<br /> <br /> Got a surprise extra run from GL3-GL4 @ 1740 (following JG).
