I have only been on here for a few days so hopefully this will cover any issues that i can think of, but possibly you are already aware of some things.
The genset is losing approximately 150-200ml of coolant per day from the expansion tank, when level is checked in the main tank it seems to be fine. Also, the genset had a service on Saturday the 7th and after that there is oil leaking from a hose (looks to be the raw water tell tale, which i know makes no sense, but we've checked and can't see any other place that's too obvious) located aft of the air filter, possibly it is just running from somewhere due to overfilling after the service, although it seems to be dry at times, so it's something that will need to be monitored. Both of these issues have a current MRF in place and are awaiting further action from the shore based engineers.
The marina swing moorings located over near the Sealink berths are back in place, so if you leave before the sun is up just be aware that they are back.
The steering wheel and arm on the helm chair have been repaired (rewelded).
The sullage pump hose is still not making a good seal and i have seen that it has been MRF'd previously and rejected, so I'll leave that in your hands if you want to put in another request.
I have picked up the jet oil and the genset coolant from the maintenance yard as per the email request last Friday from Brian, but after inspection the coolant is the wrong sort. I spoke with Brodie about this and they no longer have the same (blue) coolant and they will come and flush out the coolant and replace with the new type as soon as they can, in the meantime if you do need to top it up, Brodie said to just use fresh water
The iPad calendar reminder for fortnightly checks seems to be a week out as it says on the register that they were done on the 25th of October. We did them again on the 8th of November, but the calendar has them on the opposite weeks..
On Tuesday (10th) afternoon the RADAR stopped detecting its scanner, which i have been informed is most likely a software issue. I have MRF'd the issue as well as spoken with maintenance and they will get the technician down as soon as they can to fix it.
That's about all i can think of and likely you might have already been aware of some of these things.
