<p>Hi Shane & Luke,</p> <p>*Please see email dated the 8th Oct re portable gas sniffer service. Parangool is to drop ours up to the crib room on Wednesday 21/10/2020 & fixed unit will be tested on Friday the 23/10/2020 @ 08.30 at thes</p> <p>Sea Links berth.</p> <p>* There are also 4 other flagged emails. One dated 24 Sept Disembarking , one dated 1st Oct re navigation equipment shut down and two dated the 15th Oct re Compass Deviation and Chart Corrections</p> <p>* we have a new shore power lead at S.L.B. Maintenance has asked tor this to be laid straight not coiled on dock.</p> <p>* Our safety message is now on U. S. B. Gene organised this as a new DVD player was difficult to find. We have been turning unit off after both messages have player rather than pausing. This is working well .</p> <p>* yearly checks were completed with approx half the life jackets getting washed.</p> <p>* SDS Folder was updated and products stored appropriately.</p> <p>* section 7 of SMS was replaced with addendem 10. Pls sign SMS after reading additional info on incident reporting with AMSA.</p> <p>* maintenance has replaced rear genset engine mounts, conducted 250hr & 500hr services on mains and conducted 500hr gear box services and conducted 250hr genset service and changed jet bearing oil on the 1st October. Further they serviced genset250/500 hrs on the 20th Oct.</p> <p>* 2 x batteries in start up bank are dated 22/10/2018 and both genset batteries are dated September 2018. Tim is aware and should be replacing these batteries soon.</p> <p>* I have ordered a magenta pen for chart corrections as the pen is missing. I completed upto and including NTM 340,341 & 350 before pen went missing. </p> <p>* all scheduled maintenancechecks are up to date.</p> <p>* please chase up Epirb battery(expires Nov 2020) with Gene.
