<p>Hello Andy/Ally,</p> <p>Boat running good, <br /> </p> <p>Replaced Springs GL3 and QC4.</p> <p>Charts updated - quiet a few Tempory Notices.</p> <p>Audit From ConocoPhillips as vessel heading up APLNG for shut down. </p> <p>A few emails to read all flagged.<br /> </p> <p>SMS Section 4 has been replaced please get crew must read and sign.</p> <p>SMS Section 6 Critical Engineering number (24) vessel Bunkering, Ensure Fuel Safety Margin of 15% is placed at front of folder and needs to be read and signed off on. I haven't put it in Section 6 yet as Vessel bunkering is marked as number (16). I spoke to Graeme Austin and he said he is currently redoing the whole of Section 6 and when completed Vessel Bunkering will be number (24) Until the new Section 6 is completed leave (24) as is in front of SMS.<br /> </p> <p>MDSS folder updated. We probably need to check each time we swing on as there is a few getting close to replace date. <br /> I have asked Gene Mitchell for proper labels for the oil and Coolant drums in Engineering cupboard. Waiting.</p> <p>Test and Tag didn't to go to plan. Some things done, some things missed. Email has been sent to Gene and Willy also another MRF submitted.</p> <p>2 x Smoke Canisters on stern replaced. Waiting on 2x Liferings and Stickers to arrive for the smoke Canisters. On order. When Liferings arrive Graeme Austin would like you to take a photo of them with smoke canisters sitting on stern and forward to him.<br /> <br /> 1x Para Red Rocket Fire replace and 1x Orange Hand Smoke replaced, the other 4 flares are due to be replaced May 2020.</p> <p>Schedule has changed for QGC and Parangool running am and pm shift.</p> <p>Crew have been Disceinfecting all railings, seats and doors handles after each run re COVID - 19</p> <p>Crew are no longer required to stand at entrance way inside vessel whilst loading pax until further notice re COVID - 19.</p> <p>Passenger Lifejacket Demonstration no longer required until further notice re COVID - 19</p> <p>Stores ordered and need to be picked up on Friday. Annie is putting a couple of MDSS for the engineering MDSS Folder. Please make sure they go into it.
