New ECU installed STB side. ECU is from a previous engine with larger amount of engine hours. When completing logs remove 6708 hrs from STB hour meter in order to find the actual runtime hours on this engine, this number is written on schedule clipboard. PDE fault still occurring so log event and notify shore based guys.
Willie has requested as per email 10/07 that Bk is to do fuel and sulage on the same day and avoid doing fuel and sulage on seperate days, having Canaipa covering the 0830 run

If GPS drops out on chart plotter, there seemed to be a loose input connection on the back of the screen.
Informed this morning that Conoco will be installing 6 ammonia audio/visual alarms at FLNE, as well as breathing apparatuses/face masks to the vessel in the event of these alarms being triggered. We should speak with Graeme to formulate a procedure to incorporate this scenario into the sms.
