Chats Aus 244, 245, 246 and 271 have been ordered. Ntm 467/2019 not completed on chart 246 as chart has been superseded with new, different scaling so chart block is incorrect for current chart onboard. Chart block on clipboard in wheelhouse for when new chart arrives it will need to be updated with this block.
Injector 4 replaced stb side as PDE fault on scania EMS panel was present at start of swing. Fault reappeared later, so the wiring harness has now been replaced between injectors 4,5,6 and the ECU. Monitor EMS panel for further faults and report to shore based out any fault is registered.
Stb manifold and turbo have been replaced @ 6224hrs as well as thermostat. Still observing coolant leaking onto oil spinner, internal Oring in heat exchanger may be stuffed
Electrical cert due 23 June , please arrange test/cert with maintenance/management, if acquired please update DataWeb register to reflect new due date.
First aid kit due 5/6 donna will be returning kit to office at end of shift and Cindy should be handing incoming crew spare kit at coffee van.
Vibrations seem to have worsened, shuddering when operating at normal revs but when she is run at or below 1800rpm runs another. Mrf 4755 still open also

New stern camera fitted 3/6, port boarding camera temporarily fastened by hose clamp to prevent movement. Awaiting further repairs to both port and starboard boarding cameras by shore based.
Oxley no wash at CCF3 still happening most weekdays from around 0700 to 1530

Replaced oring in Fuel extension pipe onboard, had small leak while refueling. Also been using 2nd handle from bowser, has black tape on handle as the other ones cam lock handles are not tensioning onto our extension pipe... probably worn over time.
Most open MRF’s that have been actioned are awaiting Maintenance to close out their end, a couple have not been closed as issue is still occuring randomly (PDE fault)
