Port main, oil leaks from what appears to be base of head or could be cam plates. Seems though it may be higher then side plates. Leaks mainly observed outboard side (Aftercooler) can see from forward of motor along fuel rail at base of head been leaking for a while. Cleaned and degreased 12/3 MRF lodged

Starboard main, no issues apart from hydraulic tank leak, only topped once this swing by Donna 1/2 litre as per engineers logbook ..MRF still open for hydraulic tank leak

Due for 250hr service at around 30326 Replaced all coolant lines and raw water lines. Heat exchanger capillaries were “muddy” causing our high temps. Coolant system has been over pressurised forcing coolant leaks so try and leave room in expansion tank

Dual ticket responsibilities/use of Clinton main channel/logging everything in toolbox and ships logbooks/changes to LNG ship crew transfers following onboard incident/Clinton wharf no wash for Oxley <a href="tel:0630-1630">0630-1630</a> every weekday for 3 months</p> <p>Can we please ensure that the clears are getting polished and cared for, am requesting a gutter similar to what’s in positioned above the wheelhouse and entry doors, an angled section that may keep the stains from dripping down onto the clears from the roof</p> <p>2/3 5771/5636 hours replaced alternators,belts, pulleys on STB main eng + greased shafts</p> <p>Replaced Genset coolant line, exhaust hose and raw water hoses, serviced heat exchanger</p> <p>4/3 STB fire panel caught in a loop after system test. Both port and Starboard panels have now been replaced</p> <p>7/3 bilge suction hose replaced</p> <p>Test n tag completed</p> <p>fire hose replaced</p> <p>Genset 250 /500 hour service completed at 30055hrs</p> <p>night bunkering approval requires renewing 22/3 </p> <p>pollution insurance expires 31/3/19</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
