Port side. Coolant leak off flexible hose intake side of the oil cooler has just started leaking. I tightened the hose clamp. Coolant in header tank not dropping. Please monitor.

<p>New ships and engineering log under dash.</p> <p>Port and stbd mains serviced 9th Jan. 250 hrs & 500 hrs at 10505</p> <p>Gear box service 9th Jan. 500hrs</p> <p>Oil pressure bypss for genset was replaced 9th Jan. Please do not try to straighten the guage it may short out.</p> <p>New procedure for shore power connection & disconnection . All must be recorded in engineering log with time and berth.</p> <p>Chart corrections completed on the 12thJan</p> <p>Tag and test completed on the 16/01/19</p> <p>Genset 2000hr service 20/01/19</p> <p>Yellow Stickering repaired on Stbd side.</p> <p>Port side, interior decks and bow washed down on Monday morning after 06.20 run.</p> <p>GL3 hosed off...so much coal dust around lately.</p> <p>Working at heights inspections cmpleted and hosed off mid shift, 20/01/19</p> <p>Parangool was slipped 19/01/19 anti flowl hull and jet buckets</p> <p>Parangool has been manned several days through this swing for ships duties to enable trojan to be on standby duties for dive operations. Un sure if these dive operations are completed. There was very little communication.</p> <p>Monthly and three monthly checks completed on the 22/01/19</p>
