<p>Maint onboard 13/10/2015, MRF hose clamp Stbd exhaust still awaiting part. MRF re coolant leak port main, booked in for later this week...thermostat housing seals and o rings. MRF re remote for air con...still need new remote, have borrowed one from Cap Surfer...please return.</p> <p>replaced new flouro globe in Stbd eng room.</p> <p>oil log requirement as per audit for refuel....pt ltrs...Stbd ltrs...total ltrs...time commence and time complete</p> <p>vessel vibrations due to Stbd main alignment, maint have checked eng mounts...need replacing and some adjustment.</p> <p>tag and test labels have fallen off kettle and toaster...</p> <p>statutory certificates that are expired have been sent to office for archive</p> <p>mrf 1780. 1781. 1782. All closed <a href="tel:15/10 2015">15/10 2015</a>. Monitor Stbd exhaust clamp for leak</p> <p>ntm chart correction 1045/2015 completed</p> <p>weekly 2 weekly and monthly checks completed and sent</p>
