<p>Welcome back.</p> <p>Compass checks to be carried out every watch (ie. every day by each shift) see email G.Austin. See email G.Austin. </p> <p>when connecting shore power please ensure a good connection is made at the plug, Torrisian has major damage to circuit boards due to no neutral connection caused by crew not ensuring a good and proper connection at the vessel. Boat was live with 415v for an hour or so while crew were absent with air cons running.</p> <p>ensure that your writing “within stability criteria” (WSC) into the vessel checks box, this is a directive from management.</p> <p>CP3 shore power lead tested 10/12/18 and due for test again on 10/03/2019</p> <p>Risk assesment carried out by jake and Graeme is “inconclusive” awaiting jakes return for an outcome. Directed by Graeme to continue with 1 person lift as per email from willie 21/11</p> <p>keep eye out on port turbo/manifold flange leak, still awaiting parts / repairs to be completed</p> <p>Replaced 15W/40 20ltr drum with a 5ltr jerry can, also acquired another jerry for the 40W transmission oil which was not onboard previously.</p> <p>Have fun with the DataWeb... what a pain in the backside! Won’t refresh,update,save,don’t back arrow or you loose your trip log and can’t retrieve it from the register as the time is wrong. Also keep a close eye on your (extra runs) as we no longer receive an email when the client adds a run. Make sure you keep refreshing the home page. *update, today 18/12 another outage on Dataweb for Adelaide IT to conduct maintenance on issues we have had on Dataweb so it may perform better for you.. *further update, Still getting issues after IT attempt to fix issues....
