<p>Please note Memo regarding gangways now mandatory 2 person lift as of 20/11/18.</p> <p>Ammendums to SMS section 6 will need to be signed off by all crew. Addendums in this swing include 4,5&6.</p> <p>MOC submitted for DVR operation. SMS is not accurate.</p> <p>please see two email from Willie re onboard equipment 8/11 also from Cindy re extra runs.</p> <p>I have requested a roll of VB cord (or similar) for replacement of the safety rail lines as currently the system doesn’t work (it’s the same on BK). Not sure if it will be better but thought it would be worth a go. Line has now been replaced yet to test.</p> <p>New garbage disposal record book must include electronic equipment see email Willie 21/11/18</p> <p>Update to the Commercial Standards requires all radio communications behind RG Tanner to be conducted on 13. Also a ‘no wash’ can be called at the masters discretion. No longer mandatory. See email 21/11.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
