We had a grounding at GL4 due to a combination of human error and a power conditioner failing, no damage at all to the vessel.
MRF has been sent in for the anchor winches clutch is slipping.
New thermostats have been put into the port aft engine and is now running normal temp.
There has been tag lines put onto all fixed lines to minimise the risk of fingers being crushed. This is a result of Tara White getting her finger crushed in a forward springer at GL?
The chart correction for chart 246 has been done
We are finally up to date with all our maintenance checks
