<p>G day..</p> <p>Week 1 - maintenance day , striker plate on stb gate fixed , injectors in genset replaced, oil leak on port side trans cooler repaired. </p> <p>Week 2 - Genset 250hr service and tested battery, port and stbd main engines 250hr and 1000hr services, port and stbd gearboxes 500hr service, changed port & Stb jet bearing oil and grease drive shaft.</p> <p>Week 3 - bow rail welded up and extra bracing welded in to stop vibrating and causing more cracking. Replaced leaking water pump on genset again. All void inspections completed.</p> <p>Front life ring light exspires this month . New one ordered on the supplies.</p> <p>Crew life jackets are due for testing in August.</p> <p>We minimised truck wash on stbd side windows like we where asked . As you can see when you swing on we have been truck washing port side and there is a great deal of difference between port and stbd side. the water sticks to the stbd side and is getting a scale build up already. Im not sure rain x is the best thing to use . Also all the windows have pretty bad scratch marks on the stbd side from the hound dog be careful using it . </p> <p>Stbd side exuast broke in the engine room where it goes up threw the floor . Its fixed now but just keep an eye on port side the piping was pretty thin.</p> <p>Have put in mrf for port side exhaust leak, same spot were stb side broke off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Few emails .</p> <p>- people taking suplies of trojan dont do this with out permission </p> <p>-Make sure you roll sullage up properly and dont let it drag on the ground </p> <p>-new section in sms on shore power to read and sign . Master must deligate crew member and add to toolbox every day </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
