Genset blew a bung (alternate dipstick position) and oil started filling up in the bunded area and nearly overflowed over board . We need to get holes sealed up so we eliminate any possible pollution catastrophes. MRF submitted and Jeff and Dave Aware of situation.

Keep fire hydrant clear of obstructions. Fender now under back row of seats. 6/10/15
Fire buckets to be kept in position marked on escape and safety plan - wheelhouse cupboard and back deck near hydrant. 6/10/15
Had a few jet faults. Stb bucket stuck in rev. Direction control valve terminal was loose. Shaun tightened. 6/10/15
Due to a crush injury on Spirit all fixed lines are required to have tag lines for handling, as per email. We have fitted tag lines.
FLAMMABLE GAS 2 AND 3 CANNOT BE STORED TOGETHER FOR EXAMPLE RAIN-X AND METHO (FLAMMABLE GAS 3) CANNOT BE STORED IN THE ROOF WITH MR SHEEN, COBRA COTE , GLEN 20 or ANY OTHER FLAMMABLE GAS 2 cans
Port engine fire pump inlet and outlet hoses have been replaced
Wiring for high water float switches are just crimped and not water proof . When we hosed down there they started to trip out . Maint req in about it Shaun is aware and to get some water proof conectors

both engines degreased . Found port and stbd gear boxes leaking . Looks like stbd sump also leaking . Maint req sent
Scania spent two days onTorresian trying to sort out coolant leak issues on port & stb mains the leaks still remain.
Genset had a issue and lost all it's engine oil in catchment area under the genset the fault has been fixed wyth the genset but we have reported if oil is to get out of the catchment area it can go straight overboard.
Have gotten a new safety DVD but still playing up have but in a MRF.
