<p>Handover notes Nathan Raphael <a href="tel:18/9/15 - 21">18/9/15 - 21</a>/9/15</p> <p>* joined vessel for 4 days relieving Matt See. Nil incidents to report</p> <p>* located NUC lights in galley and they are on a pendant setup that is to be attached to the mast if required. There is a DC socket/outlet located on the port side of the roof midships. These were tested and operational. Jeff Davey requested that these be located in the wheelhouse in the cupboard with the grab bag, flares etc. A label has been made up and stuck on door pointing to where they are located. Jeff also wanted the life jackets in the wheelhouse to be located in the cupboards in the galley that are labelled life jackets, so that is where these four jackets are now. With a surveyor attending the vessel soon he also mentioned that food and kitchen stores not to be stowed in life jacket cupboards.</p> <p>* Also when Jeff Davey visited he requested that both fire hose boxes be tidied up and old disused label removed and repaint fire engine red. I have requested MRF for shore based crew to task, as crew can do it however we have nowhere to store paint onboard hence that is why I didn't order paint on stores req. </p> <p>* monthly checks were completed 20/9/15 could only locate 1 x fire bucket onboard, Brahminy Kite has 3 onboard and Luke has give us one of theirs to make up our compliment. We have two fire axes onboard not sure why?</p> <p>* fire system inspection was due 18/9/15 crew have advised me apparently shore based maintenance team know about it , sent email 21/9/15 asking if any date organised yet, have received no response yet.</p> <p>* Compass appears to have never had a light operational or switch fitted for that matter, sent email with question.</p> <p>* first aid kit ashore getting serviced spare kit from office onboard</p> <p>* Stores tub was left on vessel so your stores from last week will come I suppose with the stores I have ordered for this week as the tub is now back at TSA base.</p> <p>* The Hyundai van had Stbd headlight out and security at CP1 didn't like vehicle on sight so we used hilux for transfer on Friday night. I purchased new bulb and fitted on Saturday so all good now.
