<p>30/11 Low Voltage alarm jet unit 2 (stb side) was investigated by Brody but no fault could be found. Please advise him if you experience this alarm.</p> <p>updated Port procedures now on board.</p> <p>SMS update for railing system on roof for you to sign off.</p> <p>Inside western end of service wharf out of action.</p> <p>Still no shore power at CP3. Although it's taking forever action is underway.</p> <p>Hydrastatic release units changed 1/12</p> <p>First aid kit serviced 1/12</p> <p>Fire inspection due but already booked for Dec.</p> <p>Test and Tag due but already noted by Annie no date advised as yet.</p> <p>Slippery entrance port side has been raised in an email and maintenance has responded by supplying a couple of mats.</p> <p>Toilets blocked up 4/12 due to us managing to Aquire a whole box the the crap crap paper. </p> <p>Please be aware that when the UPS is shut down it doesn't keep track of time. If you unit is turned off the time and date need to be changed when the unit is restarted.</p> <p>Toilets blocked again 0710 5/12. Swapped out vessel for Canaipa.</p> <p>Broken aerial mount has been MRF'ed #3660. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please clean the stb w/h wall after cooking on the hotplate in the future<br /> The oil record book is still not being filled out correctly<br /> Genset through hull fitting for genset tell tail discharge was severely corroded and fell apart, this fitting has been replaced and void cleaned<br /> Anchor well backing plate fitted to prevent chain/rope falling<br /> New rocker cover fitted aft of port main and also new filler point.</p>
