<p>4/11 vessel sea trials...all good....be conscious of allowing port engine, bedding in period.</p> <p>5/11 gl4...hot weather, shore power dropped out, multiple times. Dropped out with only 1 a/c unit on...monitor and report.</p> <p>5/11 genset would start, but not run...20 seconds max. Did some runs, with no genset...no a/c or engine fans, hatches open to assist cooling. All good. Electrical fault displayed, repaired, online.</p> <p>6/11 weekly's completed......sea strainers good.</p> <p>8/11 maintenance at slipway for port main....oil and filters.</p> <p>Port main has had 2 new heads fitted, plus no.6 new liner, piston, rod and rings. New inlet manifold.....aftercooler and injectors. The problem was a leak in the aftercooler.</p> <p>Removed 40 ltrs from starboard tiller flat....totally dry the next day...10 ltrs plus, appeared after 1 run...no rain or hose down...investigating tank and hoses.</p> <p> </p> <p>8/11 1500 rpm, into strong current and wind, stbd main...temp climbed to 92....oil pressure down to 4.0 returned to normal, with reduced power...few leaves in stbd strainer...?!? Monitor</p> <p>9/11 pressures and temps....normal</p> <p>Have inspected stbd tiller flat...cannot find any leaks from the tank, pipes or pump. Have turned on the toilets and taps at same time...still no sign of leaks. These inspections were done on a dry day with no, hose down, so water is not from the deck or a fill up! Possible small leak from breather pipe bulkhead fitting in the tank. </p> <p>Port bilge...degreased and dried....monitor coolant level re rebuild.</p> <p>14/11 stbd main, service oil, filters, anodes. Port main, valve set. Genset, oil plus filters, impellor checked. Batteries checked and tested gas detector.</p>
