<p>1. Starboard main engine coolant filter at front of engine has been replaced and no longer leaking.</p> <p>2. MRF has been raised for water ingress through front wheel house centre windscreen wiper leaking water into under dash. MRF number 3358.</p> <p>3. Weekly / 2 weekly and monthly checks completed 23/7/17.</p> <p>4. Port and starboard engine rooms cleaned and oil sorb replaced on bottom plating in port side with starboard left to do.</p> <p>5. 1 X Carly float on starboard side has a split and allowing water to ingress (MRF) number 3360.</p> <p>6. See email dated 21/7/17 in relation to an ad hoc ferry guide provided.</p> <p>7. See email dated 19/717 in relation to utilisation of inner pontoon (opposite side) to Canaipa in adverse weather conditions and only when needed at times.</p> <p>8. SDS has been brought up to date and old ones disposed of as well as old empty cans etc.</p> <p>9. Starboard side raw water inlet from strainer pipe and fitting has been replaced as a joining nipple failed due to two different kinds of metal causing it to degenerate.</p> <p>10. 2 X 20 litres of coolant are onboard.</p> <p>11. See email dated 26/7/17 re cleaning products.</p> <p>12. New fuel card has been picked up from office and is now onboard.</p> <p>13. Note: had issue with 24 volt in wheel house where when 1 is selected and port side battery isolator in engine room is turned on and a start of main engine is undertaken. It try's to start using batteries under dash. Maintenance have looked at this and advised that the selection is to be on 1&2 whilst alongside and on shore power and this will allow battery charger to charge under dash batteries and port side starting batteries. 2 maybe used whilst port engine is running and 2 indicates Portside battery bank not as labelling suggests. It can also be operated on 1&2 whilst operational.</p> <p>At no times should 1 be selected to avoid an electrical issue until maintenance corrects.</p> <p>Maintenance (Shaun) has said they will look into it.</p> <p>13. Note: starboard side void 2&3 Alarm is going off due to ingress of water as a result of washing vessel? Maintenance advised that it is a confined space and no current crew have confined space training.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
