<p> </p> <p>Handover Notes Nathan Raphael 6/9/15</p> <p>* joined vessel 3/9/15 relieving R McMullen for 4 days, nil incidents to report.</p> <p>* PFD & handheld UHF returned to office and surfer items now on board All OK</p> <p>* STBD outer shaft collar through bulkhead replaced , Jag is monitoring, so far so good.</p> <p>* email received 4/9/15 regarding SMS conformance and upcoming audits by J Davey + D Bennett, Also received amendments to SMS namely replacement of section 9 (7 pages) + additional 3 pages inserted into section 13.</p> <p>* crib room duties completed 5/9/15</p> <p>* first aid kit due, you may wish to chase up prior to swinging off, had intended to swap out office spare on Monday however I have now left the vessel. </p> <p>* whilst perusing SMS I noticed that flare requirements for vessels are conflicting and have sent email on topic 5/9/15 see email sent items</p> <p>* weekly + fortnightly checks 80% complete check with your crew to finish & submit.
