<p>Email from Willie you are to let passengers load at any time doesn't matter when departure is . </p> <p>Torresian crew change is at 0430 so as soon as pre starts are done head straight up to FLNE for the stby vessel</p> <p>email saying that you are to let passengers on when ever they arrive to boat regardless of time of departure </p> <p>Boat is all good . </p> <p>There was an audit waiting for list of things that didn't pass so can rectify</p>
