Have confirmed with Malcolm McCracken that COP employees have been told they are allowed to access the vessel at cp3 whenever they finish, so this means they are allowed to walk aboard before the 15mins.. Yet to receive a response back from sealink managment in regards to this

The charter season has started up again so be aware of fuelling fri and sat. We should be ready right fuelling at out usual times but may be fuelling from inside western end at times
No Wash areas still in place daily . RG tanner / calliope 1 @ APLNG anchor buoys at calliope 1 may have issues being lit as the NW one is a solar light and with the cloud cover is not staying lit for long, have marked the outer edge with a waypoint on the chart.
0630 run from cp3 we have been loading both canaipa and BK at the same time, reducing the total numbers on BK to make it comfortable. Staggering the arrival times at cp1 due to only having one ramp that side. BK departs at 0625 which gives it ample time to disembark. Night shift confirm numbers on the island with security during the night and minus the people from that which catch the 0515 boat.
Marina bridge number has changed.... Again 07 4970 0700
Check if any MRFs that have your name next to them are completed and close them out please.
