<p>G'Day Pete & Phill, </p> <p>Vessel is running fine, both shifts had their operational assessments done by Jeff Davey, all okay. </p> <p>One non conformance that was brought up was the fender blocking the hydrant on the aft deck, we've been instructed that, if it's to be used it must be returned to the upper deck once complete it is not to remain on the aft deck. </p> <p>The life Bouys didn't have the correct decals on them so that has now been rectified, as well as mounted the lifebouy light correctly.</p> <p>Replaced the securing lines for GL4's gangway. </p> <p>Certificates have now been put in their correct place at the rear of the SMS </p> <p>Night time bunkering has been approved, Please find a copy of the approval on board.</p> <p>Stbd cabin door latch now a cabin hook to hold it back. </p> <p>Water was leaking through the house radio cable hole, sealed with silicone no issues so far. </p> <p>Water ingress to starboard tiller flat. Appear to be ingressing through weather deck when it rains significantly.</p> <p>both engine rooms and Stbd tiller flat vacd out by Dayshift. 28/03/17</p> <p>Test and tag due 18/04/17 </p> <p>Have a good swing, </p> <p> </p> <p>call if you have any questions.. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
