<p>Hello and welcome back. </p> <p>Genset has been replaced on my first day of swing. The new one has been running well just keep an eye on the coolant level as it has dropped slightly we think it's from small air locks in the cooling system. Coolant stored behind genset on foredeck. </p> <p>I will flag inporttent emails.</p> <p>STORES - Bit of a stuff up with stores order last week so you will have a bit to collect this coming Friday mate. </p> <p>All the normal cleaning has been completed. </p> <p>DRILL - Had to perform a fire onboard / abandon ship drill on our middle week this was Requested by Santos with the inployes having no idea that they would be taking part. The drill was performed at 0700hrs at GL2 using the pontoon for all pax to step back onto as they abandon ship. We had 70 pax onboard to perform drill and Jeff Davey all went well. The fun part was putting 70 life jackets back under the seats. </p> <p>GANGWAY GL4 - removed wheels off outside gangway at gl4 had the width machined down so wheels won't Jam up anymore. </p> <p>SMS - still waiting for SMS update from Jeff he has been under the pump. </p> <p>LINES - have replaced aft springer at sealink pontoon. There is new line in the center toilet to replace any other lines. Have put a large shakle on the outside of gl4 to set outside up the same as inside put never got there. </p> <p>ALARM - A J1 / stuck and revup started coming up yesterday afternoon had Brody onboard for a couple runs and it wouldn't do it. Everything still functioned propely if you have any problems give Brody a call after 0600 hrs unless it's a emergency. They are Brody's orders.
