<p>Hi Ally :)</p> <p>Lots off changes to SMS -</p> <p>Section 6 Ammendum 05. Manoeuvring Approach and Departure CP1 and CP3.</p> <p>Section 6 Ammendum 06. Closed Loop Communications.</p> <p>Section 6 Ammendum 07. CP3 Pontoon Access Barrier Strap.</p> <p>Section 4. Ammendum 08. Replaced 3 Organisational Chart and 10 Communications Closed Loop Communications. </p> <p>Section 4 Ammendum 09. Replaced Whole Section. </p> <p>Section 4 Ammendum 10. Replace Contents Page and Replace from 11 to 20. Additions 14 Weather and 15 Tides.</p> <p>Section 7 Ammendum 12. Replaced Contents page and added 12 Master Incapacitated.</p> <p>- When arriving at CP1 and CP3 instead off keeping doors closed until ramps are across we have been putting safety lines accross doorways as we can't open doors once ramps accross. See flagged email.</p> <p>- We checked all LSA equipment and found all life jackets under seats have out off date lights on them expired August 2016. Told Rob off problem and he said to order 405 lights and replace asap. Have ordered this week on stores. :( </p> <p>- Hydrostatic Releases need replaced February so have ordered 5 new ones on stores.</p> <p>- Spare radio being fixed. You still have 5 good ones on board.</p> <p>- We have made up a new MDSS folder. There is a MDSS for everything on board at the moment only. So if you order any new cleaning stuff you will have to get a MDSS for them.</p> <p>- Please read all flagged emails.</p> <p>- ConocoPhillips Induction HSE Book on board. Please have all you crew read and sign on to. It's in the cupboard with all other folders and stays on board. Can you take a photo off the signed off page and email it to Jeff to forward onto ConocoPhillips please, so they have a record off it.</p> <p>- LOTO lock does not have a tag number on it. We have told Jeff as Jake isn't here. Still doing LOTO everyday.</p> <p>- Engineers to do all Engineering prestart checks in the morning including Jet rooms. Directive from Rob Mitchell also an email from Jeff.</p> <p>- After the audit today Jeff asked me to put a course on paper chart and plotter from CP1 to CP3. I haven't been able too as didn't get back from break till 1400 and then went to fuel so ran out off time. When you get time could you do it please. Rulers up in office .
