<p>Call Conoco Phillips duty nurse upon arrival and departures from now, no longer call control room to inform that the vessel is standing by or conducting Crew changes,</p> <p>#update#</p> <p>this will be reviewed around the 10/1/17 when medical director arrives back on shift, may have to only call duty nurse if expect d to be arriving or leaving island earlier outside of the usual times. Also on any unscheduled runs eg, ship agent/surveyor/Crew may need to advise duty nurse.</p> <p>the Scania gauges are near spot on in the way of fuel consumption compared to the gauges on the wall, but remember that the genset draws on average around 50lts per 12 hrs of continuous running. We have been fueling every 2days now but going by the figures it could be stretched to 3days but there is no need to run that low.</p> <p> </p> <p>When received new schedule run sheet, confirm with security if they have also been issued with one, if not take the new one up to them for copying</p> <p>Authorisation has been given to depart early on the 0630 from the island only, this is the returning night Shift. All other operations departures remain the same as yet. Liaise with shift supervisor to obtain expected shift personel numbers and upon reaching the expected total, authorisation to depart early is given<br /> </p> <p>Aplng security now have UHF 2. this is mainly used to confirm there is nobody else on there way down to the vessel at cp3. We are just calling up on the 0630 departure to confirm we can depart early after confirming with the shift supervisor that he has his crew all aboard.
