New fire lines ect fitted </p> <p>28-11-16 <br /> 2 new house bank batteries fitted.</p> <p>29-11-16 <br /> Sean found battery charger was on condition instead of charge. It is to be left on charge. New port alternator belt will be fitted </p> <p>30-11-16 <br /> Fire nozzle broke hose gone ashore for repairs <br /> New folders in photos which contains the local and national temporary NTM for our charts which is up to edition 23. </p> <p>02-12-16<br /> Changes to the SMS need to now be signed off by all Crew acknowledging changes (refer email)<br /> Email received reminding Masters that you are not to depart early even if given permission by security</p> <p>04-12-16<br /> Maintenance at Auckland Ck again to complete pipe work, full engine clean/degrease was done after work was completed</p> <p>08-12-16<br /> Maintenance completed service on STB main (oil, anodes) and genset (oil, filter, fuel filter. As per email, BK will be receiving Duffy's phone after the 16th and be on standby 24hrs. Fire hose has been returned</p> <p>12-12-16<br /> Alarm on Hamilton jets "RNOOL Ab" at 1638, made STB drop to idle revs, shutdown and restarted, no problems</p> <p>13-12-16<br /> Alarm came on again 1446 during acceleration, contacted Shaun and he will contact Hamilton to find out more</p> <p>1945 Shaun has contacted Hamilton jet and confirmed the issue is in the controls, has said that they will fix on Wednesday (unsure of time)</p> <p>In general the vessel is running well, there are lots of changes with schedules etc, refer to emails and also current open MRFs </p> <p>stotes are low as we have not received order from the previous week yet, there are two stores orders awaiting management approval in the system.</p>
