tests show that desiel is present in header tank, possible leak from injector seal. System flushed twice this swing and stop leak has been added on 28/9. Since then system has not overflowed out the tank cap

Water pump has stopped on pm shift, VoLTE dropping below 12.9 , alternator belt was loose. Replaced and re tensioned. Voltage more stable now

<p>New certificate of operation onboard</p> <p>Maintenance are aware of the issues with port header tank, stop leak has been added and system flushed twice during our swing due to diesel leak into cooling water. </p> <p>OVID audit conducted 1/9 on behalf of client</p> <p>Have requested cert of op and survey cert to be reprinted and laminated (recieved /6/9)</p> <p>Water cartons can now be ordered through srf</p> <p>Schedule has changed, take note of extra runs and new times for 400s as this impacts us</p> <p>starboard main had oil leaks from inside side plates and steer cylnder may need replacing as we have rest the limit values due to the ram over extending. With limits reset it's still pushing further then it should be so Brodie is looking at replacing the unit.</p> <p>first maintanence day will need to do main engine anodes, grease shafts and buckets and possibly coolant flush pt main</p> <p>Also in the morning when we disconnect shore power we have been connecting Torresian's shore power and turning it on for them.</p> <p> </p>
