<p>Read emails for important information fro the office</p> <p>Masters on all vessels must do a remain seated announcement approaching all berths when carrying pax</p> <p>The emergency light and extraction fan have been replaced in Stbd toilet cubical</p> <p>Stbd FM200 cylinder has been replaced</p> <p>2 x port side cabin lights have burnt out, bulbs have been removed</p> <p>The chart plotter has been playing up. If it won't start up, you need to clear the ram data</p> <p>Genset exhaust hose from mixing fobs to hull has been replaced</p> <p>Genset Raw water telltale overboard discharge valve has been closed until leaking elbow fitting at hull has been replaced</p> <p>Am crew hands over to Pm crew at the marina at 1230</p> <p>Section 4 and section 6 of SMS have been updated on 11.08.16</p> <p>Stbd Air con condenser fan protective grill has rusted out in centre. MRF submitted </p> <p>First aid kit inspection has been done by CQ First aid</p> <p>Centre toilet has developed a water leak... Monitor and repair if required</p> <p>Electrical inspection in SMS is out of date. Jesse has been notified. Follow up required</p> <p>Vessel certificate of operation will expire 30 September. Dave is aware</p> <p>The vessel survey certificate has been expired since 30 April. The Survey has been completed and temp certificate is in SMS. Follow up required</p> <p>WAH procedure is being amended to remove the need to wear harnesses. Follow up with Jeff</p> <p>Various new safety signage fitted around Foredeck area</p> <p>Forward air con in main cabin not cold. MRF submitted</p> <p>Stbd Hamilton Jet Blue Arrow alarm regular REF UP STUCK J2. Talk to Shorn for more details. Not affecting operation so far</p> <p>MRF submitted for low boost and RPM on Stbd ME</p> <p>Hand towel dispenser been fitted on front bulkhead of main cabin</p> <p>Crew have been damaging shore power leads by dragging them. Extra care must be taken when handling them</p> <p>Toilet flush switch Stbd side has been replace finally so is now operational</p> <p>The 0400 start crew have given the vessel a full soapy scrub down inside and out plus cleaned Stbd Engine room and genset voids and machinery plus replaced bilge pads</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
