<p>Instructed by Craig we no longer are required to give 3min warning </p> <p>Noted loss of boost pressure on port main, snapped 2 X turbo bolts</p> <p>Read daves email in regards to crews departing early, will be checking gate exit times</p> <p>Peter, you need to complete MFO training... Email has been flagged 21/7</p> <p>Due to the Stb main leaking I have been advised by Jesse that we are to only replace the leaking coolant with fresh water when topping up, no clarification of what is going to be done with the issue though.</p> <p>Vessel temp survey cert expired 29/6 still awaiting for cert to arrive to vessel but have confirmed with Dave by phone and email that vessel <strong><em><u>IS</u></em></strong> in survey but just waiting to receive certificate</p> <p>Oil leak located at bottom of Stb main water pump MRF submitted</p> <p>Wicket has a barge for the next few weeks tied alongside for work to the ship loader, this will be a no wash area 24hrs a day whilst work is being completed (till August 5)</p> <p>Replaced port exhaust cooling hose and mixer elbow 24/7 hose was cracked and leaking caused us to be 15 mins late for 1715</p> <p>Genset fan is still tripping out, suspect corroded connections at fan</p> <p>Sea chest anodes require replacement and have been ordered</p> <p> </p>
