<p>* joined vessel 9/7/16 handover 20/7/16 </p> <p>* just a reminder to have reason logged for late departures or runs exceeding 20 mins for QGC report that the office forwards on, even if it is 1 minute</p> <p>* all life jacket lights have been changed out, they are good until May 2021, the old ones were given to fitters to return to port Curtis sea safety , the yearly checks due in September for life jacket checks have been updated by Anne Ewins as completed I believe </p> <p>* there was a broken seat on the lower deck, we swapped it for one on the upper deck, the fitters are welding the bracket on the old one you should expect it back sometime this week </p> <p>* the stbd mid aft a/c unit not functioning correct MRF raised 19/7/16, electric motor for fan in ceiling is u/s I believe</p> <p>* the first aid kit is due 9/8/16 spoke to Tennille apparently Jake spooner will organise this </p> <p>* VHF radio on stbd Sid of console has been reported low audibility when transmitting by gladstone VTS on Ch 15, have been using set on port side of console on ch.15 MRF has been raised</p> <p>* port docking camera x1 is u/s Shaun Mann got it going as it is a power problem and it it lasted a day is not functioning again, the fitters are really busy, so you might have to remind them, that this is out again </p> <p>* have 40 mts silver rope 32 mm to make lines at qc4 so vessel can be secured port side to as per w Ewins instructions </p> <p>* vessel has been stocked with stores shouldn't need too much now cheers Nathan </p>
