<p>Hi all (not sure who's gonna be driving this swing),</p> <p>boat is all good, not much to report other then the notes above.</p> <p>PT 1st window wiper nozzle not spraying water probably just clogged up, the 2nd one from PT has no nozzle on, snapped off the other day while fitting it, shore based engineer is chasing the parts up to replace. MRF is in.</p> <p>Low coolant alarm went off once yesterday and today for the FWD main eng, coolant level all good, MRF is in.</p> <p>Just a couple of things for your record:</p> <p>- the sullage record papers, working at heights register and isolation register are kept in the folder with hazard, JSA, and incident reporting written on it, in the same cupboard as the SMS. </p> <p>- red asterisk on the whiteboard are for things or checks that are about to be due, please chase them up and change dates accordingly once things are rectified, that will be very appreciated.</p> <p>- the cleaning products cupboard was getting a bit full with too much stock, we have put some of the spare products into a small grey plastic box inside the "naughty" cupboard where we keep the oils.
