<p>Hi all were to start big three weeks</p> <p># New 240 Alternator on Genset. Same engine</p> <p># New 120lb Anchor on vessel for survey</p> <p># New speed sensor fitted to Genset engine</p> <p># Throttle faults with alarms flashing , No throttle, lip home mode. Replaced throttle relays, replaced oil pressure sensor,Put laptop on to diagnose ,tracked wiring found to be earthing out. Recalibrated throttles. No problems so. That was in the first week lol</p> <p># Coolant level alarm showing on STBD engine. Replace sensor ok now</p> <p># C-Tek charger cut out a couple of times on nightshift . Batteries showing a point or two above normal charge. Richard tested batteries & alternators on both engines all ok.Jesse said monitor batteries and will put new ones in when they do engine change. Shut down all unnecessary electrics at night or house batteries are prone to draining completely flat. The fire alarms go into fault mode when battery voltage is getting low</p> <p># Still adding coolant & oil to port engine on a regular basis</p> <p># Survey paper work has been sent off & payed for. Email flagged </p> <p># Electrical test & tag was completed 9/7/16</p> <p># Aux engine water strainer was cleaned on 9/7/16</p> <p># Jada... Torresian departs before Sunrise on the <a href="tel:0518/0515">0518/0515</a> runs</p> <p># Maintenance day is every second Sunday... The next one is 24 July. Nightshift crew have the vessel at the Slipway pontoon at 0700. Take the work ute to GL2 for 0800 crew change. You need to call the Bridge opening people 30 mins prior</p> <p># Fire equipment inspection is due this month. Inspection date still to be confirmed</p> <p># Closed MRF 2549 & 2563 on 11/7/16</p> <p># Chart correction NTM 634/2016 has been done 12/7/16</p>
