* served as nightshift master from 1/6/16 - 14/6/16 with deckhand Walter Charlton, I was advised on the 14/6/16 that my shift is finished on the 14/6/16 , vessel still running well months after slipping, temps and speed are good

* crew getting shuffled around, need some dayshift master whoever that may be, to address email sent regarding anchor setup/ operation
* have ordered knife and sheath for the anchor procedure.
* have ordered new hatch seal rubber to replace seal on port fwd deck. Received.
* port main received oil change as well as gearbox and also genset on 12/6/16
* when doing weekly checks on 6/6/16 there was a corrosion hole apparent about the size of a "Tic-Tac" on the aluminium pipe on the port bilge piping, this pipe was removed and replaced on 12/6/16, might pay to keep an eye on rest of bilge / fire piping setup for corrosion
* had throttle sensor going on and off regularly stbd main very briefly, and at one stage wouldn't come good, disconnected wiring harness sprayed with contact cleaner and hasn't faulted since 11/6/16, I raised an MRF for this so waiting on shore based response to close out
* transit embroidery on seats will be covered over with sealink logo and safety DVD referring to transit systems will be addressed soon watch this space
* I have a fuel booking daily for western end of service jetty inside berth 0600 - 0630 hrs ending on 21/6/16, the next master will need to book after this date
* new logbooks located port side mid shelf @ luggage rack
* gas detector charged up 14/6/16
* test and tag due 3/6/16 MRF has been raised and approved, might have to chase up when this expects to be completed? Still not completed

* valve on fuel pump # 4 at service was u/s for a week, this has now been replaced and all is normal at refuel facility
* electrical inspection certificate is now onboard in SMS certificate section
* upon preparing this handover report it has become apparent to myself that the survey certificate is out of date! The dayshift master will have to make this a priority to address this ASAP. Surveyor onboard Friday 17/6
Fridge cover removed and discarded as was extremely mouldy. Temp setting panel faulty. MRF'd possibly getting a new bar fridge
21/6/16 Genset pipes/mixer elbows leaking. Replaced by Brodie. Auto Shutdown on 1740 run. Maintenance notified leccy coming in morning so can you please go straight into marina.
New anchor is in at slip. Consult with sharkey/Brodie Re: fitting
