28/5 Port gearbox cooler has let go, oil mixed with cooling water and exited through the exhaust. Lost all gearbox oil but managed to pick up on it before any damage was done to the gearbox. Deployed booms to contain, contacted harbour control for response at cp3. Full incident report and polrep done. Part swapped out with spare from duffys main that was removed last swing, cooler was dismantled cleaned and reinstalled into BK. Performed tests and found no slipping of cutch plates.
29/5 Found coolant in stb bilge, was 4lts shy of full. Located slow leak from turbo cooling line that was replaced last month. Hose clamp needed tightening and vessel did not have the correct tools so Shaun Mann came down from slipping Duffy and repaired. After 3 runs no visible leaks can be seen. Bilge cleaned and pads replaced. UPDATE 11/6 - heat exchanger oring leaking now, MRF has been lodged
Starboard engine came out And sump gasket and seals repaired 05/06
Replaced gear box oil in port with new fresh oil, no slipping in plates, all seems ok
5/6 Coolant onboard in scania drum is 100% concentrate and needs to be mixed 50/50 with water in small 5 litre dispensers before topping header tanks
11/6 currently still have coolant leaks on both mains, port has forward side plate leak from broken bolt inside plate and possibly an oring, Stb has oring leak from heat exchanger
5/6 FYI when Stb fuel shut off is pulled in aft cabinet this also shuts off the supply to the genset
6/6 Replaced pt gear box oil cooler u bend pipe
-instructed to close ALL discharge to sea valves and place stickers on them as ConocoPhillips wish to confirm this for the signing of new contract.
-awaiting 11m stud link grade U1 chain, light buoy and knife for anchor procedure. Get onto sharky about these items
-have ordered painter lines for Karly floats recieved 9/6
- removed double adapter from under dash as the bottom plug slips out overtime and Has a loose connection. UPS has been plugged into the inverter which is on the radio battery that is being charged by 240v charger while underway and also when connected to shore. If the house bank is turned off you will walk on the boat In the morning and the alarm will be sounding with a message to change the date/time.. This will not happen if the house bank is left on overnight as requested by management.

- toll osprey now only carries a single crane crew, they will come into the ramp and offload the guys then back out slightly so they can put the ramp in place. It's fine to depart or arrive whilst they move the vessel .
-vibration in Stb after engine was replaced, MRF has been lodged.
-Bilge alarms tested and Stb eng room stays on at times and takes a bit to deactivate
-crib room and toilet block has been closed off at cp3, in process of being removed

lifejackets in overhead lockers, port side rows , and aft decks all have new lights dated 2/21 have all had the new lights put on them . The ones left to do are the mid section and starboard section . New light are in the box under the coffee station
Painter lines have been attached to Carly floats but they need to be in protecting bags , these bags still need to be ordered
as you will see there is a 90 day extension on our cert of survey .. New anchor procedure is being written up currently
