<p>Joined vessel 10/06/26 absent from 15-20/06/26</p> <p>10/06/26 ESA on board to service all FFE </p> <p>Epirb hydrostatic release expiry date July 26</p> <p>23/06/26 1st aid kit serviced.</p> <p> 23/06/26 chart corrections completed Edition 12. Update Edition 13 completed.</p> <p>23/06/26 Port main engine Fire pump shroud removed for repair. Still waiting to be fitted up.</p> <p>26/06/26 Email sent to CP regarding shorepower leads at CP3 and have been told they making 3 new 20mtr leads.</p> <p>28/06/26 stbd male toilet continues to flush maint notified MRF'd. 30/06 maint replaced toilet flush switch did not fix issue sounds like it might be diaphragm in pump toilet tagged out.</p> <p>30/06/26 We have noticed a small amount of salt water in the AC void on our last day, please monitor, have been unable to locate the source more than likely ac vents.</p> <p>Vessel has been fuelled and sullage is being pumped at GSWharf due to our pump at SLB out of service awaiting parts from the states until further notice.
